What is the process?

It is as simple as a few steps
(we say simple in how easy the process is. If you're like us, you'll spend a while choosing between colours and doodles!)
1. Choose if you want a hoodie, sweatshirt or t-shirt and make sure you in the correct Build Your Mess product.
2. Choose which our our colourways you want to rock
3. Choose which of our slogans just sums up your dog
4. Choose a minimum of 10 and maximum of 15 of our hand-drawn doodles to create the story of your dog.
You can use the slides to look at all the doodles we offer and help you choose.
Once you have ordered we will use your choices to make a unique design for the back of your garment.
How long will my order take?

Our products are made to order in the UK.
Please allow 3-5 working days for production.
Your order will then be posted using the option you selected at checkout with the carrier's timeframes for delivery.
You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
If you haven't your shipping confirmation after 6 working days, please reach out to u sat hello@thebettermess.com and we will look into this for you.

- inside back neck tape in self fabric
- sleeve hem and bottom hem with wide twin needle topstitch

- Wash similar colours together on cool wash (30°C)
- Do not tumble dry
- Wash and iron inside out
- Important: Do not iron directly on the print
