FIT AND MEASUREMENTS
Are the garments true to size?
The garments we use are unisex and designed with a medium fit.
We recommend sizing up if you prefer an oversized fit.

We'd always suggest checking the measurements above and on the product page rather than going purely by label size.
Care Instructions
How do I care for my garment?
Your garment should be washed inside out on a cool wash (30°C). Do not tumble dry. Always lay flat or hang to dry, as tumble drying may cause damage to the printed design. Do not iron directly over the print.
Will the design fade over time?
With proper care, our design is meant to last.
Washing inside out and avoiding high heat are the two most important things you can do to keep it from becoming damaged.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the UK.
International shipping is not something we currently offer.

How long will my order take?
As each piece is made to order, please allow 3-5 working days for production.
Any delivery time for your chosen delivery method is additional to this.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped and is on its way.
Is there free delivery?
We offer free Royal Mail 24 or 48 tracked if your order is over £50.

Customisation
BUILD YOUR MESS DOODLES
How many of the hand-drawn doodles can I choose for my garment?
You can choose a maximum of 15 doodles for your custom garment.
There is a minimum of 10 doodles.
As we make the design specifically for you with your chosen slogan and selections, this allows us to make sure we have the optimal amount of doodles to make your design.
BREED OUTLINES
Can I request a specific breed outline?
We currently offer a specific range of breed-specific outlines, but we always have room for more.
If you can't see your breed listed, please get in touch via our socials or at hello@thebettermess.com. We would be happy to discuss with you getting your breed made available.
It may take us slightly longer than our standard 3-5 day production timescale to get this completed for you, but we will update you throughout the process on an expected timeframe.
What if I have more than one dog breed that I want to include on my t-shirt customisation?
Please get in contact with us at hello@thebettermess.com before you place an order so that we can discuss with you placement and sizes.
It may take us slightly longer than our standard 3-5 day production timescale to get this completed for you, but we will update you throughout the process on an expected timeframe.
Please note: we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your request, as we do need to stick within certain design parameters.
SLOGANS
Can I personalise the slogan on my garment?
Yes, in our Finish Your Slogan Collecton.
The slogans in collections The Good Club, The Doodled Mess and Build Your Mess are fixed slogans.
Our Finish Your Slogan Collecton includes 6 slogans we have started that you are able to complete and personalise to you and your dog(s).
We cannot wait to see what you come up with!
